Nothing ships without passing its release test.
Quality control at Anek is not a final inspection bolted on at the end. Material is checked in, sampled during manufacture and released against specification — and the record follows the drum.
The chain of custody
Four checkpoints between raw material and your site.
Incoming material check
Every raw material consignment is sampled and checked against its specification before it is accepted into stores. Suppliers' certificates are verified, not assumed.
In-process sampling
Samples are drawn at defined points during blending and reaction. Deviations are corrected while the batch is still in the vessel, not discovered after packing.
Finished batch release
Each batch is tested against its release specification — viscosity, solids, pH, strength development or assay as applicable. Batches outside limits are held, not shipped.
Documented despatch
Consignments leave with batch number, manufacture date and, for specialty chemicals, a certificate of analysis. Retained samples are held against the stated shelf life.
In the laboratory
What we measure, and how.
Test methods follow published IS, ASTM and EN standards wherever one exists for the property. Where none does, we use the method stated on the product's data sheet.

Research & development
Formulation is where the real work happens.
A product that performs in a laboratory at 25 °C and fails on a terrace at 45 °C is not a product. Our development work is aimed squarely at the conditions our customers actually work in.
Custom formulation
Where a standard grade does not fit, we adjust the formulation — open time, viscosity, cure speed, colour or pack size — against your process requirements.
Trial batches
Sample quantities supplied for evaluation on your substrate and under your site conditions before you commit to a full order.
Accelerated ageing
UV exposure and thermal cycling on new formulations, so shelf life and durability claims rest on data rather than optimism.
Field feedback loop
Application problems reported from site are logged against the batch and fed back into formulation review.

Documentation is available for every product in the catalogue. Tell us the product and the purpose — tender, audit, export clearance or site use — and we will send the right set.
Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
Typical properties, surface preparation, mixing and application method, coverage, curing schedule and limitations.
Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
16-section SDS covering hazard identification, handling, storage, personal protection, first aid and disposal.
Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
Batch-specific test results against the release specification. Issued with every specialty chemicals despatch and on request for other divisions.
Method statement
Project-specific application procedure prepared with our technical team for tender and site use.
